Originally from Alaska, Brett relocated to Arizona in 2003 attending law school at The University of Arizona. Following law school Brett was offered a position with a top ranked law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada where he became an expert in Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, and Personal Injury cases. After many years in Las Vegas, Brett and his family returned to Arizona to work as a hiring partner  in a highly respected law firm in Cottonwood. During his partnership in Cottonwood, Brett worked as a trial attorney practicing in Business, Civil, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, and Tribal Law, arguing cases in front of the Navajo Nation Supreme Court.  During his employment in Cottonwood, Brett was required on occasion to travel to the White Mountains where he fell in love with the community and eventually relocated to the area.

Brett is happily married and the proud father of six. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with his family. He spends extensive time volunteering in the community whether it be coaching youth soccer through AYSO, participating in committees through out the community, or donating his time to teach high school students about the legal industry.

Brett is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Nevada, the Navajo Nation, and with the White Mountain Apache Tribe.
